Our Step-by-Step Administration program will guide you through your responsibilities after appointment, including notifying creditors, filing an inventory, filing reports with the court, paying debts of the estate, making distributions to the heirs or beneficiaries, and closing the estate. We’ll keep you on track so you have one less thing to worry about. And we’ll be one call away during the whole process, so if you’ll always have the answers you need.

And what about the cost? We listened to our clients just like you, and we heard this: you don’t want to receive a bill every time you pick up the phone to call us, and you don’t want to basically write us a blank check by engaging us to provide legal services without knowing the total cost. So, we don’t charge hourly for this service. Instead, we charge a set fee — $297/month — for six months, which is long enough to administer most estates. You get a list of tasks to complete each month, and we’re always on stand by when you need help or have questions.

Of course, if you get started and decide the legal process is more than you bargained for, we’ll credit you what you’ve paid towards our traditional representation packages.
